[[FullName]]: Everyone, there was a miscommunication between Stefanie and I and more so falls on me because she hasn't done this before and I didn't make it clear. If you place an early-bird, once we release packages, there is always an additional fee because we try to keep deposits as low as we can. Once we confirm your requests, there will be an additional $1,000 owed per person to keep your reservation. We don't need it for a couple weeks, but with international bookings, there's a LOT of payments that need to be made right away. This is also no different than what we have done for 20 years.
If anyone has any questions about this, you can email me at quimby@greenlegion.com. Most people in our industry don't even offer the flexibility of a payment plan. This will also allow three total payments that are about the same, and much easier to budget.
