Below are some of the most common questions we are asked by clients. As the season approaches, our staff becomes very busy organizing trip details and making sure your experience is going to be AMAZING so please help us out and look here first before contacting us with questions.

Questions about how to register

Once the NFL releases the schedule on Thursday 5/7 it will take us a few days to work with our vendors to get exact prices in order to piece everything together. Our packages usually can be ready in a few days however some of our vendors might be working with limited staff these days do to the current pandemic so we ask for your patience. Final price per person depends on a number of factors: do you want to fly with us or get your own airfare but do everything else with is, how many people do you want to have in your room, which hotel you choose (if there are more than one being offered), etc. Please check back to our website every day before calling/emailing.
YES! We have many customers all over the world who join us and people who choose to use their frequent flier miles to get to the destination city. We offer packages WITH airfare and packages including everything but the flights.
PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP AGAIN! We excepted the Early Bird reservations as a way to get you to the top of the list for your best available choices. Our staff will email you once the trip details and package prices are finalized and we will convert your Early Bird over to the package that you want.
All of your deposits are non-refundable, but we do allow you to switch to another trip that works with your schedule.
In the first few weeks once the schedule comes out, please give our staff at least 3 days to respond do to the overwhelming # of emails coming in while we are also mainly working on putting the packages together. We thank you in advance for your patience!
Yes, when you are booking we have a Comment box where you can state who you would like to sit with at the game. If you did not put the other person's name in the box, then you can send an email to orders@greenlegion.com and we will make sure that your game tickets are next to each other.
Yes, you can state in the comment box when you are booking that you would like a ticket upgrade. The price will vary for every game so we recommend putting a dollar value for how much extra you are willing to spend and we will let you know what that will get you.
The Tailgate Only or the Ticket & Tailgate options are not available right away. We usually release those options late in the summer after we make sure that we have enough game tickets for the clients travelling or staying with us. Please check back on our website around July or so.
NO! You are simply purchasing exactly what it says, a game ticket and the tailgate. However, there might be times when we sometimes could possibly offer an option that does have transportation, but it will say Ticket, Tailgate & Transportation
Yes, we do allow you to transfer the trip into another person's name. This must be done at no later than 5 days before a trip in order for us to contact all vendors
No, we do not send anything out in the mail. We will have everything you need in a packet with your name on it ready to pick up the weekend of the game.
We do not disclose our exact seat locations. The trip description will describe if they are upper or lower level but it is all of the information that we can provide
We do our best to sit all of our Green Legion members together but certain stadiums have more challenges than others where we are unable to do so.
Sorry, but we do not issue any refunds, period!! The monies that you put forth go to the vendors, hotel or airlines to make the event possible. The best solution is if you can not attend an event is to give (or sell) your ticket to a friend.

Questions after signing up but leading up to the trip

If you forgot the payment schedule, you can always access the payment schedule by going back to the bottom of the original trip description. We also send out email reminders a week before the payment is due and again 3 days before the next payment is due.
You will NOT receive any physical items in the mail! Emails will be sent with instructions on where & when to pick up everything in the destination city once you get there. This way, there is nothing for you to lose or forget at home.
You might not hear from us until about a month before the trip. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS OFTEN!! We send multiple emails with a LOT of info leading up to your trip. Best way to ensure that you receive them is to add "ORDERS@GREENLEGION.COM" to your Contact list. PLEASE READ YOUR EMAILS! They are long, but they answer ALL of your questions. It Is hard to answer 400 different people in one day. All of the answers you need are IN the email!
Sign up and make all payments by the required date in the trip payment plan - The only way to sign up is online! If the trip is sold out it will say sold out. From there, we do the work & your only job is to check your emails (important emails start arriving approximately two weeks before the trip). Everything is paperless: you will know your flight/hotel information and all trip materials will be picked-up at the destination with pre-announced welcome desk times and locations sent in the trip information emails you will receieve a week or two prior to the trip. On Game Day: Just a reminder that Legionaries must wear the badges that they picked up in the packet. If not, you will not get into the tailgate.
Many things can be happening here: it could have gone into your spam/junk folder so always remember to check their first. As far as important trip details that will be asked of you by either Connie or Marilyn, those questions are asked either in the order of who signed up first or sometimes the emails get processed by flights you might have selected or which hotel you picked, but they are always in chronological order of who registered first.

Questions while on a trip

If someone else in your group lands before you, then anyone in your group can pick up the game tickets/packet of information. If your whole group lands land, then special exceptions can be made to meet you.
